Covid-19 Service Update

We are proud to announce we are continuing to stay open for our customers with accordance with the guidance issued by the government on the 02/05/20. We are open for business with slight changes to adhere to the health and safety of our employers during the pandemic.

Latest government guidelines permit domestic cleaners to continue their work in Client's homes by strictly following the latest government advice. We will continue to keep your home clean as long as:

  • The DM Clean employee in attendance doesn't display any coronavirus symptoms
  • The DM Clean employee maintains a two-meter distance from household occupants wherever possible
  • No members of Client's household display any common coronavirus symptoms
  • No members of Client's household are considered vulnerable and are continuing strict shielding or self-isolation

You can read more about the latest government guidelines for resuming cleaning services inside domestic homes here.

How we have adapted to the new guidelines

Our team have considered the best course of action to resume cleaning operations across the country. We know how important it is to keep your household looked after, especially if you or your close one relied on our cleaning service to keep their households nice and tidy.

  • We have spoken with everyone individual employee asking them to contact their existing households to see if both the Client, and our employee wishes to resume cleaning services. If your cleaner has declined to attend, please inform our office and will find you an alternative cleaner whilst our more vulnerable employees continue to isolate
  • We are consistently communicating with our cleaners, training them on new guidelines and asking them, and yourself, to take as many precautions as we can
  • If your household develops any symptoms, it is your responsibility to inform us. We are all accountable for stopping the spread of the pandemic

We will continue to uphold our initial promise: we ensure that only the same cleaner attends the household, and promise only to use individual's cleaning materials to prevent cross-contamination between households.
